The Estádio do Dragão has its own metro station; Lisbon is 2 h 50 min away on the Alfa Pendular and Vigo about 2 h 20 min (to be confirmed).
Portugal’s second city, Porto is also the gateway to Spanish Galicia. The Dragão, opened in 2003, is directly connected to the metro.
Getting there
Alfa Pendular from Lisbon in 2 h 50 min (€35.70 in second class, €49.90 in first, 2026 fares), Intercidades in 3 h 15 min; Flixbus/Rede Expressos coaches from $9 observed. Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is linked by metro line E (zone Z4, €2.30, about 30 min).
Getting around
Andante card: zone Z2 €1.40 (plus €0.60 for the card itself), Andante 24 h from €5.15 to €16.70 depending on the zones. Estádio do Dragão station is on lines A, B, C, E and F.

- Ribeira and the Dom Luís I bridge — The UNESCO-listed quarter and the crossing to the port wine cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia.
