Sporting’s stadium (52,095 seats), a neighbour of the Luz, is Lisbon’s second venue.

Opened in August 2003 for Euro 2004, the Estádio José Alvalade is home to Sporting CP. After work in 2025 it holds 52,095. It stands in northern Lisbon, less than 3 km from the Estádio da Luz.
